Event Description:
Join us for the March Chamber luncheon, with special guest Scott Waller, CEO & President of the Mississippi Economic Council (MEC). The Vicksburg Warren Chamber of Commerce is hosting MEC as a stop on their Amplify 2024 Tour. Please note that this event will begin at 11:30am, not at our regularly scheduled noon timeframe.
The Amplify 2024 Regional Tour will provide an opportunity for greater regional collaboration by bringing together leaders in business, economic development, workforce, education, housing, and other community representatives from across the state. Participants will hear directly from Scott Waller on MEC's 2024 Legislative Priorities, and also from representatives and subject matter experts on the topics below:

Education K-12 and Post Secondary
Student Financial Aid
Workforce Funding
